Responsibilities:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly
• Train and guide employees in gift wrapping techniques.
• Assign workstations, communicate process changes, and monitor productivity.
• Order supplies and maintain stock levels.
• Report on team adherence to dress code policy.
• Maintain direct communication with the Production Supervisor.
• Collaborate with temp agency representatives when needed.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in training and guiding new employees.
• Clear communication, strong organizational skills, and fairness.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills.
